If you feel like traditional therapy hasn’t worked for you in the past or isn’t something you are ready for, Trauma Informed Yoga might be a good way to start your healing journey.

Trauma Informed Yoga is a body-based or somatic intervention. Unlike psychodynamic or psycho-therapeutic interventions where the focus is on cognition, a somatic intervention is an intervention that acknowledges the body in some way.
