HIPPA compliant telehealth services provided when clinically appropriate

Individual Therapy

30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute appointments if using insurance.

90 minute appointments offered if using out-of-pocket.

Couples/Family Therapy

60 minute appointments.

90 minute appointments offered if using out-of-pocket.

EMDR Intensives

90+ minute appointments.

All intensives are out-of-pocket.

Group Therapy

60-90 minutes depending on the group attending.

All groups are out-of-pocket.

Psychiatric Services

AE Wellness will not provide medication management as a solo service, all clients must participate in individual therapy as agreed upon by the client and therapist

Initial psychiatric evaluation and follow-up medication management appointments.

Both services can be covered by insurance or out-of-pocket.

Other Fees

If you require other services while working with your therapist/psychiatrist (i.e. letter writing/verification of treatment or other types of treatment documentation, or require a copy of your records, please reach out to Elisha Farley (efarley@aewellness.org) or Alanna Higgins (ahiggins@aewellness.org) to inquire on procedure and cost.
