Alanna Higgins and Elisha Farley founded AE Wellness in 2019 with the goal to care for the whole person. We believe in a holistic approach, meeting the needs of a diverse population, with culturally sensitive treatment techniques. As practitioners we believe in meeting the individuals where they are at in their life, using strength-based methods to empower our clients to heal.

AE Wellness values the work that is done in an outpatient therapy setting for individuals, couples, and families. Our clinicians hold specialized skill sets, combining different clinical interventions as well as holistic interventions, in order to develop a unique treatment plan for each individual or family.

We believe that building a strong therapeutic rapport and remaining client-centered is the key to successful therapy.

We’re proud to partner with The Back Clinic in Wilmington. With over 30 years of service in the Wilmington community, The Back Clinic is a trusted outpatient physical therapy practice. Through this partnership, we’re able to offer in-person mental health therapy one day per week at their Wilmington, DE office — with additional availability coming soon.
