AE Wellness Drum Circle

Over the last 10-20 years various studies have shown that the art of drumming has successfully improved social functioning, lowering blood pressure. boosting cardio, increasing energy, improving circulation, burning calories, alleviating chronic pain, neutralizing stress, reducing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, addictions, aggression, PTSD symptoms and boosting your immune system's overall wellness.  Research has also shown that drumming can increase your alpha and theta brainwave production and synchronization, which can lead to improved problem solving abilities, heightened creativity and much more.

AE Wellness will hold a drum circle once a month focusing on releasing negative energies and different ways to use drumming as a way of reducing our stressors and challenges. 

If you have a drum that's great, please bring it with you.  If not, one will be provided to you to use.  No experience is necessary.  This is a safe space to explore your challenges at the beat of your own drum.
