As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe in inclusivity, equality, and creating a safe, supportive space where every client feels seen, heard, and valued. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Social Work in 2009 and my Master's of Social Work in 2013 from Kutztown University. I spent many years working in the child welfare field before transitioning to full-time mental health therapy in 2013. My experiences across these areas of social work have allowed me to develop a compassionate, accepting, and trauma-informed approach that recognizes each person's unique story and strengths.

I love working with individuals from all walks of life, helping them develop the insight, resilience, and practical skills needed to overcome life's challenges and move toward meaningful healing. I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, and a trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection. In addition to EMDR, I incorporate somatic techniques and trauma-sensitive yoga practices to help clients regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and process trauma in a way that feels safe and empowering.

I work with adolescents, transitional-age adults, adults, and older adults, tailoring treatment to meet each client's individual needs and goals. Whether addressing trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, or emotional regulation, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that fosters lasting growth and healing.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening, staying active, and spending time with my partner and our two English Springer Spaniels.
